Martin Feldman graduated 26 years ago magna cum laude from the University of Miami-School of Law with Dean’s List honors and book awards. Mr. Feldman handles complex matters ranging from corporate dissolutions, partner disputes and detailed distribution of assets to family law and probate litigation. Mr. Feldman is trained as a Collaborative Family Law Attorney which allows families to work out their dissolution in a non-adversarial manner and is an Accredited Arbitrator by the State of Florida
Mr. Feldman’s personal experience in raising a special-needs daughter makes him uniquely qualified to work with families with children with special needs. He understands and is able to help in resolving time-sharing and parental issues.
Complex business, family, and probate litigation all require an understanding of a client’s goals and interest. The firm utilizes a “cost-benefit” analysis to balance the gains sought through litigation against the financial costs of pursuing matters through the court.
Mr. Feldman takes pride in his clients returning repeatedly to seek his advice because of the favorable outcomes they experience with him. Mr. Feldman also receives referrals from transactional lawyers when clients’ deals go awry. Martin is compassionate yet cerebral in his approach to working through client matters and needs.
