Ms. Fischer has over 35 years of experience representing clients in family, probate, estate planning, guardianship, and corporate and banking matters. She served as in-house counsel for two national banks and bank holding companies before opening her own practice. Ms. Fischer is a Florida Supreme Court-certified family law mediator and a member of the Collaborative Family Law Institute, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She mediates insurance matters for the Florida Department of Financial Services and family matters with the Family Law Cooperative.
